Grants are normally paid only to individuals who are resident
in the charity's preferred area of benefit known as "the Ancient
Parish of Tilehurst", that is the area covering all of Tilehurst
and Theale together with that part of West Reading which lies to
the west of the West Reading railway line.
The form should be printed out, completed, signed and
dated, and then posted to the above contact address.
If possible, applications should include a supporting letter
from a caring agency, describing the applicant's personal
circumstances - this may help the application.
Copies of quotations/bills will be needed before the Trustees
make a decision.
