| Bethany Group | A small group of people who meet in each other's houses to explore their faith and its application to daily life. The group meets fortnightly, normally on Tuesday evenings, and devises its own varied programme, which can include studying books of the bible and Emmaus Course materials, listening to Christian tapes, looking at Christian art, attending events such as carol concerts. Fresh ideas are always very welcome. There is a social part to every meeting, and there are regular meals together. | Mothers' Union | The Tilehurst St Michael's Branch of the Mothers' Union has a membership of around 80-90. An Afternoon Group normally meets on the second Tuesday of each month, and an Evening Group normally meets on the fourth Monday of each month. Both groups have an interesting and varied programme of talks, walks, discussions, visits, meditations, concerts etc. From time to time there are coffee mornings, a Summer Service, a New Year party.
